Wiring for 110v or 220v do it matters for chandelier?

i had a very nice chandelier, and used it here in the US.US used 110v.now, i want to take it with me overseas which they are using 220v.it is possible i can use this and i will just replace the bulb that use 220v .do i get a problem in wiring if its only for 110V on this chandelier?
