Europe - what are the must see places to visit?
If you're in Germany, here are a couple of possibilities, but they're not particularly cheerful:1. Modlareuth. It's a small village located north of Hof, in northern Bavaria. Its claim to fame is that back when there were two Germanys, the border ran down the middle of the village. It was known as "Little Berlin." They've saved some pieces of the old border fortifications for a museum.2. Dachau. This is the site of a Nazi concentration camp, which has been preserved as a museum. It's northwest of Munich. For something a bit more uplifting:3. Bayreuth. This city in northern Bavaria was the home of the composer Richard Wagner, and they celebrate his music every summer.
