MW2 Gamertag mod help?

i seen new gamertag mods, is like double colored names. Like the same gamertag in top of the same one. How do you do it? what are the programs are needed to do it like that. I allready know gow to mod reagular gamertags but i wanna know how to do the double name gamertag. Someone help plz
