How bad was my binge today?

Wow. It's not too much food, it's just the wrong type of food. All you ate was carbs! The breakfast was okay, but if it left you unsatisfied, eat a piece of fruit too. Your lunch sounds more like a snack. Maybe next time a sandwich with whole wheat bread, low salt/fat meat and veggies. You need the protein! Do not have a snow cone and a slushie! It's all sugar. The popcorn wasn't a great choice either. You should have more variety, so more meat, fruits, and vegetables. Dinner. Have an actual meal. Cook up some fish (Fish is really good for you!) and have it with some vegetables and 1 healthy carb. Like brown rice or whole wheat noodles. You shouldn't gain too much weight. But this many carbs are only acceptable if you are exercising a lot. Remeber: your body craves nutrients, and if it can't find any in the food you're eating, it will act like you didn't get any food at all, and you're just going to eat more junk.
