I cannot pray all the salats.... what should I do?

Ramadan is approaching and my work timings are such that i will not be able to pray salah in the afternoon and evening. The office is small and I am just joining this place. I do not want to attract unnecessary attention by asking them to provide space for me to pray or whatever. I can pray the kaza namaz once i reach home right? will i be sinning? I am surrounded by non-muslims. I feel like a total loser that I am conscious of praying in fronta them or asking them to adjust for me... but i dont know what else to do... I DO NOT WANT TO MISS namaz!! help!!
