Is technology catching up to cheating players?

20 years ago there were only a few cameras on the players, no HD and no super slo-motion and teams like Italy and Brazil were unbeatable. but now that i see the only thing that has made them the great teams everyone thought they were was their cheating. pulling jerseys and taking dramatic falls will be caught on replay every time they happen now. i have to say that watching both Italy and Brazil today, people around me were literally laughing at these bogus athletes with every cheating move caught on camera. it's sad because i really do believe they have talent, but sadly they think they have to cheat to win. do the managers condone or even dictate their actions? are they forced to cheat or be benched?
