I have to do a research paper about the Bystander Effect. What topics should I touch on?

My research paper is based on the scientific method. So I have to pose a question, write a hypothesis, research my topic and then agree or disagree with my statement. I'm trying to do an outline and I've done research already but I just don't know how I want to organize my information. My hypothesis is: The number of people in a certain area influences the likelihood of whether a person will help another in distress. I feel like that is one factor but I want to write about how morals and personality tie into also. Any ideas on how I could structure the essay?
