Why isn't my UAV working on modern warfare?

I have downloaded UAV from xbox live marketplace for modern warfare 2 but when i go into the game it doesn't give me the UAV, ie, the map isn't showing me where the enemies are. Do i need to do something 1st? It says it has downloaded so not sure what to do next?
