Why do Republicans get so fired up about Obama’s use of a teleprompter?

Bush may mis-pronounce words (Every time he said nuclear, all I could think of was the Jetsons) here and there, but he could think on his feet, and not use a lot of pregnant pauses, and um, uh, errr, the way Obama does. Just because one fumbles the occasional word does not make them less than literate. Bush was a CIC...Obama is NOT. His inexperience is going to hurt us, look at his speeches while he was on that overseas trip, absolutely shameful.
