What is up with the Veteran Girls on Real World/Road Rules?

I mean come on. They totally need to throw a mission and send a guy in the gauntlet. The guys are so mean throwing the missions to get rid of the girls. Why dont the girls just get back at them. Then they could start trimming the fat by getting rid of the guys. Not all of the veteran guys are bad but most of them are.
