Reporting a lawyer to the State Bar?

You would not believe how obvious it was that my lawyer was trying to throw my case. From my having to call him to remind him that the case was in two days and him not meeting with me at all before the trial date to discuss what is going to transpire in court. In a video deposition asked for by the Defense my lawyer tried to get me to wait out in the waiting room for a bit. When i didn't wait I found the defense lawyer coming out of a closed door meeting with the Doctor before the video deposition. That deposition was a joke. I filled up two pages of questions for my lawyer to ask and he did not ask a single one! My lawyer never told me any deadlines for evidance and my economic loss report was not admissable. I was forced into a voluntary dismissal and dropped me two months later. I even left the Judge a message. My lawyer never kept record of hours billed. He said the end was "on the house", but he kept my $3000 for the trial that never happened! tnsanders51@yahoo.com
