I need an idea for a cooking show?

I am a student at Le Cordon Bleu, in Scottsdale, AZ and I have been approached to do a cooking show. However, I'm not really interested in the traditional, "now we do this, now we do that" show. I love the way "No Reservations" is about food but Bourdain dosen't really cook. Ideas?
