Does this sound like a good meal plan?

This sounds almost identical to what I ate on a "diet" last summer - I lost 15lbs in less than 3 months eating that way, and I even ate a little heavier so you will definitely loose weight that way. You can do light exercise too, but if you're eating few calories don't over-exert yourself. Also, let yourself have a "freebie" day where you eat a meal or treat you've really been craving every week or couple of weeks. If you don't let yourself have a little treat here and there, one day you'll snap and over-do the "treats" long term (I can vouch for this as I quickly put back on the weight I lost).
