Can i stop them from seeing my baby when she is born?

my babyfather family i think is tryna to minimize our contact during this pregnancy, i barely talk to him cause of them and the only time i call is to update him on my pregnancy,but they wont answer. them doing this is making me mad cause i should be able to talk to him about his baby , maybe they'r doing this because i dont want to deal with them but at the same time if he saying he want to be there shouldnt he be tryna call me as well.Well the question is when she is born can i ask the staff in l&d to not let his mother and sister in the room? i would never keep him from his baby but his family i dont want around her. I feel like if they trying to make him not be around while im pregnant why should they see her they aint help me with nun at all. i feel like if they wanta act funny while im pregnant what right they have in seeing her?
