Can I go to doctors on a Marine base if I'm an Army spouse?

My husband is enlisted in the Army but is going to Korea for a year so I moved to Wilmington, NC to be closer to family while he's gone. I am only about 45 min. away from Jacksonville, NC a Marine base and about 2 hours away from Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC which is an Army base. I am wondering if I could go to the doctors on the Marine base even though I'm an Army spouse. Instead of having to drive 2 hours just to see a doctor on an Army base.
